As I mentioned in my last post, over the past few months I have been journaling quite a lot. I feel like journaling is a great way to unscramble some of your jumbled up thoughts. I would encourage anyone to give journaling a try! The best part is you don’t need a fancy expensive notebook to do it (although it can make it more fun).
Journaling can add a lot of value to your life. It can be anything from writing down worries and ideas to just jotting down a random collection of thoughts. It allows you to reflect on yourself but it is also a great tool for self-improvement. Generally speaking it’s just a way to figure out what makes you happy, what makes you sad, what motivates you etc. It’s basically you giving yourself a pep talk.
There have been times when there’s so many thoughts running through my head that I don’t know where to even start. So I often give myself prompts. Below are just a few ideas that I’ve used recently that you can use for your own journaling adventures!
